Refining Your Vision: Your journey begins with the selection of a technical baseline from our Price Guide above. From the parameters provided in your initial enquiry, a tailored quote is then curated based on your existing design brief or inspiration image. We then meticulously refine the details to align with client-led design preferences, ensuring every aesthetic choice is purposefully captured before we move to production.

The Process: Should you proceed with purchasing a tasting box, flavour changes can be applied to your initial quote once finalised. For clients with a defined vision, orders can be confirmed directly following your quotation if a formal consultation and tasting are not required.

The Fine Print: To maintain our product quality and administrative standards, we quote based on specifically defined parameters provided by the client. If your vision is still evolving from a series of concepts, we recommend an In-Studio Design Consultation to collaborate and define those details together.

If you have a set design in mind and no design consultation appointment is required, our standard and premium flavour tasting boxes can be ordered directly online. Our tasting boxes are available on select dates of the year, approx. every 1-2 months.

Prior to or after you've tasted our flavours, a quote for you wedding cake can be obtained by submitting our wedding cake quote form. We strongly recommend submitting a wedding cake quote form enquiry before ordering a tasting box to ensure we're able to offer your preferred size and design preferences.

If you don't have a baseline design in mind and seek to collaborate with us to build a design from scratch or a series of images, an in-studio design consultation appointment is required (fees apply), as we're unable to offer this service solely through our website forms and email. Please keep in mind that our product and design components available are set and we may not be able to accommodate all design and size requests.

Streamlined for you:
If you would like to book a consultation and we are able to accommodate the specific product, logistical, timeline, or service requirements of your enquiry, a separate booking link with available calendar dates and product options will be emailed to you pending review of your initial Wedding Cake Quote Form submission details. Consultation options start from $50, with additional cost involved if a tasting box is added on. Please note that for all confirmed consultations, your selected Signature Tasting Box will be curated and provided for you on the day.

Exclusivity is at the heart of our process. Design Consultations are approx. 45 minutes in duration and are held on Thursdays and Saturdays with strictly limited availability at our Gladstone Park studio.

BEFORE CONSULTATION
From the baseline design provided in your initial enquiry, a preliminary quote is emailed to anchor your planning. Depending on the complexity of your requirements, a refined design brief and final quotation are curated following your appointment. We recommend bringing along any inspiration images, colour swatches, or other materials and information that can assist us with bringing your cake vision to life.

DURING CONSULTATION
We conduct a collaborative deep-dive to ensure every technical and aesthetic detail of your vision is purposefully captured. To allow you the space to savour our flavours in your own sanctuary, all in-studio sampling has transitioned to a take-home experience. At the conclusion of your design session, you will be provided with your curated Tasting Box of choice to enjoy at your leisure. Flavour choices can be emailed through after your appointment date.

FOLLOWING CONSULTATION
We will generate a detailed design plan and accurate final quote for your review. To ensure your commission remains a priority, your quote will remain valid for 21 days.

The Signature Hold: As an exclusive courtesy for our Bespoke Consultation clients, your event date will be tentatively held for 14 days from the date your quotation is issued. Please note that for all other commissions, dates are only secured upon formal invoicing and subsequent payment. Date holds are subject to studio availability and lead-time requirements.
