COMPLETING YOUR ORDER

AVAILIBILITY: If a date is unavailable on our calendar, we are either closed or at maximum capacity.

PICKUP: Due to ongoing operational changes and on-site works at our studio, Studio Pickup is currently suspended. For available calendar dates, collections are scheduled by appointment: Thu–Sat 10:00am to 3:00pm.

DELIVERY: All orders are fulfilled via our secure, third-party courier service between 11:00 am and 2:30 pm. If you require your cake for a specific time, please schedule delivery for the day before. Pre-delivered cakes must remain boxed and refrigerated. Please note that cakes featuring fresh flowers or fresh fruit must be received on the actual event day to ensure quality. If you cannot proceed at checkout, your address may be outside our delivery radius—please verify your location via our Delivery Zones.
